I love this song! It's gotta be a hit, but it doesn't sound like anything on the radio. The melodies and the guitar riff came easy. Here is where my iPad paid off. I am in the habit now of quickly recording any and all ideas I have. One day at work, I was listening to a bunch of demos I had recorded. I forget about most of them, so I'm glad I record them. Anyway, this song started playing. I sang the line "full of yellows and golds, your hair hanging low, and there's nowhere I'd rather be tonight." I just sang that live into the demo spontaneously! I freaked out. As soon as I got home I wrote the rest of the song and recorded it that weekend.
